Pinsonar vs Birdeye
Birdeye and Pinsonar both deal with reviews and competitors, but they are built for different people. What we say about Birdeye was checked on birdeye.com, its home and pricing pages, on 2026-10-20; check their current pages before you decide.
In short
- Birdeye is a platform for multi-location brands and enterprises. It groups its work into three AI "coworkers": marketing (reviews, listings, social, chatbot, pages), operations (front desk, appointments, reminders, messages by voice, e-mail and text) and customer experience (surveys, insights, competitor analysis, ticketing, reporting). Prices are not published: you request a quote or watch a demo.
- Pinsonar is a competitor radar for a local business: it collects the public listings of a niche in an area on Yandex Maps, Google Maps and 2GIS, merges one business into one record and shows ratings, reviews, prices and changes next to yours.
