For questions, ideas, and requests about closer cooperation write to hello@pinsonar.com. We answer by e-mail. We read every message and usually reply within a few working days; this is an aim, not a promise.
If something does not work
- Look at the troubleshooting article: most problems with the collector have a short fix there.
- Check the status page to see whether the service itself is available.
- If you are signed in, use the "Report a problem or send an idea" button in the application. The message reaches us together with technical details that you can switch off (page, language, window size), and the answer comes to the e-mail you give.
- Otherwise write to hello@pinsonar.com and say what you did, what you expected and what happened.
Data and privacy questions
Requests about your account data go to privacy@pinsonar.com. What we keep and for how long is described in the privacy policy.
Security reports
If you found a vulnerability, write to security@pinsonar.com. Please describe how to reproduce it and do not publish the details until we have answered. What we do and do not collect is on the data and security page.
What we do not do
We do not send marketing or reminder e-mails. The service writes to you only about your account: sign-in codes, security and service notices, and the replies to your own messages.
