Excel reports
Export from the table
Press Export XLSX in the header of the table. You choose between two kinds.
Full analytics. All fields in one sheet: name, category, address and phones, the ratings from each map, the status of the lead, the number of services in the price list, social links, promotions, features, the completeness of the data, dates, coordinates, links to the listings and a chain code that groups the branches of one company.
Call list. A short list for calls: name, category, address, phones, website, social links, rating, reviews, the status of the lead and its pain points, and a link to the card.
The file is named with the campaign, the kind and the date. The rating is rounded to one decimal place, and several phones in one cell are separated by a semicolon.
Only the rows that pass the current filters are exported. Set the filters first, then export.
Competitor audit
In Analytics & Map, or from the competitor brief, you can download the audit of a business. It has two sheets:
- the profile of the target business with all its data;
- the register of its competitors within the radius, with extended data.
The presence index and the competitor figures in the file are the same as in the application.
Open the file
The files are standard .xlsx. They open in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc and Google Sheets. Numbers stay numbers, so you can sort and calculate in the spreadsheet.
Language
Sheet names, column titles and labels of the report follow the language of your interface, English or Russian. Business names, addresses and reviews are not translated: they are the map's data.

In which language is the report?
In the language of your interface. Data of the maps, such as business names and addresses, stays as the map published it.
Do filters affect the export?
Yes. Only the rows that pass the current table filters are exported.
