Map, table and filters
The map
The map shows the businesses of your report. A marker is coloured by the rating of the business:
- green: 4.5 and above;
- amber: from 4.0 to 4.4;
- red: below 4.0.
The map loads only the businesses inside the part of the map you are looking at, so it stays fast when the base is large. Move or zoom the map and the markers update. Click a marker to see the business and to open its competitor brief.
The table
The table shows the same businesses as rows. It loads pages from the server, so it works with large reports. Click the name of a business, or the card icon in the first column, to open its listing card.
The columns carry the data of the listing: name, category, address, phones, website, rating, number of reviews, and your own columns for the status of the lead, the assignee, the date of the next contact and tags.
Filters
Every column header has a filter, and the filters work on the server, so they apply to the whole report, not only to the page you see. Typical uses:
- businesses with a rating below a value, to find weak neighbours;
- businesses that have a phone or a website, to prepare a call list;
- businesses of one category or one network.
Saved filters
Press Views in the table header, type a name and save. The filters and the sorting are remembered, for example "rating up to 4.3, with a phone". Saved views are kept in your browser.
Export
Only the rows that pass the current filters are exported. See Excel reports.
Try it on your own area.
