Reading a listing card
How to open it
Click the name of a business in the table, or the card icon in the first column. The card has six tabs.

- Next contact: the date you want to come back to this business.
- Assignee: assign yourself or remove the assignment.
- Tags: your own labels, for example "hot".
- Tasks: what to do and by which date.
- Notes: a feed of entries with the author and the time.
All changes are saved at once and are private to you.
Overview
The data collected from the maps: name, category, address, all phones, website, working hours, rating and number of reviews, prices if a price list exists, promotions, and links to social networks. If the listing has review texts, the overview also shows the topics people write about (staff, prices, cleanliness, waiting and others) with the number of positive and negative mentions.
vs Competitors
Compares the business with its neighbours of the same category within 1 km. See compare with competitors.
Reviews and Photos
The reviews of the listing with author, rating, text and date, and its photos. They are available after the deep collection of the listing.
History
A table of the rating and the number of reviews at the moments when the listing was collected. Use it to see the dynamics of a competitor. Each row is one collection, so the more often an area is collected, the finer the history.
Where the data comes from
All fields come from the public listings of the maps and carry the date of collection. If maps disagree, the values from the maps are shown as they are; the accuracy of the data is not guaranteed.
Questions and answers
Are my notes visible to other users?
No. The status, assignee, next contact date, notes, tasks and tags belong only to you. Another user who found the same business has an independent set.
Why are Reviews and Photos empty?
They are filled by the deep collection of a listing. If a business has only been found by the surface search, run or finish the deep stage of the scan.
