List of businesses by niche and area

Sales teams, agencies and suppliers often need the same thing: every business of one kind in one district, with a way to contact it. Maps already hold that information. Pinsonar collects it into a table you can filter and take away.

Before you start

Connect the collector. Choose one business category and a point on the map; the radius is up to 1 km while the service is free, and one report holds up to 1,000 businesses.

Step by step

1. Scan the area for your category, for example "dental clinic". The scan reads Yandex Maps first and then looks for the same businesses on Google Maps and 2GIS, where those platforms work in the country of the scan centre.
2. Wait for the deep stage. Phones, websites and working hours come from opening each listing. They appear in the table when this stage has passed for a business.
3. Filter. Keep the businesses that have a phone, or a website, or a rating below a value that makes them open to an offer.
4. Mark the work. Use status, assignee, tags and notes on each business. They are private to you.
5. Export. Choose the call list for a compact file, or the full export for all fields. Only rows that pass the filters are exported.

Good to know

• One business appears once, even if it is on all three maps.
• Chains are marked with a chain code, so you can group the branches of one company.
• The data carries the date of collection. Check it before an important call, and rescan the area if it is old.
• Notes and statuses stay with your account, not with the shared base.

Phones and sites are as published on the maps; some businesses do not publish them.
